How You Can Help
The most important thing you can do for UCI is to pray for the ministry! Your prayers and generosity allow the UCI team to engage in the transforming work of the Gospel of Christ. Below you can find updated information on how to pray and how to help.
Sponsorships
UCI offers three different scholarships to invest in the children and students in Haiti including:
- University scholarships $1,800/year
- Dormitory Costs $ 200/year
- Cafeteria $ 500/year
- Book/printing fees/clinicals $ 400/year
- K-12 Scholarship ($180/year)
- School lunch program $ 20/week
- Nutrition center
- 50 Children 3x weekly $ 200/week
Teaching Hospital
There’s a variety of needs for the new teaching hospital including:
- Cement blocks $1 each
- Salaries for construction $50/week
- Windows $150 each
- Electrical wiring $500/2 rooms
- Plumbing $1000/surgical suite
- Patient room and furnishings $5000
Community Development
UCI is involved in various community projects that your financial donation could help implement including:
- Provide a goat for a family $60
- Provide a latrine for a family $125
- Provide a cement floor for a family $400
- Provide a tin roof for a family $450
- Buy a motorcycle for a Pastor $1200
- Provide a motorized irrigation pump for up to 5 families $1200
- Build a home $6000
- Drill a well for a community $10,000
